Charming hotel. Meals are served buffet style, with a large selection. Hotel has two sets of public baths to chose from; an indoor pair with dedicated separate male and female sides, and the much more extravagant outdoor baths with a view of the river with a smaller, enclosed bath and a larger open air bath area. Do keep in mind that the the larger bath is on a rotating schedule between genders, and the men's time is in the mornings (5-10am) and the women's time is in the evenings. The outdoor baths are beautiful, but this has a slightly more corporate/hotel vibe than a more traditional ryokan, but the prices are quite good. An indoor pool is available as well.

・温泉の効能についてどこにも記載がありませんでした。効能があるのであれば、記載した方がよいと思いました。 ・チェックインの時、とても時間が掛かります。チェックインで鍵を渡し、説明は最小限にした方がよいと思いました。 ・朝食のコーヒーを飲もうとした時、”コーヒー”と表示していないので、コーヒーが出るのかお湯が出るのかわかららず、時間が掛かりました。”コーヒー”と表示した方がよいと思いました。

プレミアムラウンジは景色も良く広いです。 フリードリンクも充実しています。 湯上がりラウンジにも同じドリンクが用意されていて、マンガもありくつろぎスペースになっています。 お土産コーナーにはオリジナル商品がありました。 宮城峡蒸溜所へのアクセスが非常に良いです。 作並付近のタクシー会社は無いのでタクシーは呼べないそうです。

食事の際のスタッフがわからないときも丁寧に教えてくださり助かりました。食事のトレイを置く場所を増やしたり、混雑を軽減するような工夫があればいいと思います。みなさん仰っていましたが、ドレッシング位置が不自然なので変えていただきたいです。お風呂は気持ちよかったです。館内は全体的にきれいでした。

客室に除湿機があったにもかかわらず、別の除湿機を貸していただきました。客室付きの除湿機が窓ぎわにあり、気づきませんでした。 フロントの方も何も言わず貸していただき、ありがとうございました。 スタッフの方々もキチンと挨拶をいただき好感が持てました。チェックアウト時の税金は嫌な気持ちになりました。
