I’m very disappointed about the fact that the hotel does not have the courtesy to provide 1 or 2 hr of late check-out : They charge ¥1,000/hr/person!!! If it’s a weekend, i can understand, but it’s a quiet Monday! I’ve been to dozens of hotels in Japan and worldwide, first time I encountered this. Of course, they’re not ethically wrong or anything; but as a service provider, i will not choose or recommend to anyone.

朝食はブュッフェスタイルだが、　会場が狭く　ご飯ジャーの置かれている場所の配置が悪く流れが詰まってしまってました。６時半の開場時間には約２０人程の行列ができており　開場入りまで１５分待ち　着席して食事をする迄３０分を要しました。時間に余裕があれば７時半以降に入場がお勧め。ただし惣菜数が少ないので　無くなる可能が有るかもしれません。補充は確認できませんでした。

部屋は機能的で清潔、大浴場が寛げてよかった。バイクで行ったが、立体駐車場が濡れなくていいですよとフロントの方が助言をくれた。高速道路を出るとき見えるので迷わず行けたのもありがたかった。朝食も和洋どちらも選べてよかった。

部屋がとても臭かった。チェックインですごい時間がかかったのに、渡されたカードキーで言われた部屋を開けようとしたら開かず。開かないと確認したら部屋が違うと言われた。言われた部屋にいきカードキーをかざしたら開いたが、開いたら部屋に人がいた。お互いにびっくりし、申し訳ありません。と謝りまた、フロントへ行きました。最初に案内された部屋であっていたようですが、カードキーを間違えていたようです。中に知らない人がいたから開けてすぐわかったが、誰も居なかったら部屋の中まで入っていたかもしれません。チェックインだけで何往復もしました。間違えないでください。部屋番号とカードキー。
