This hotel is very close to the JR station. From the small street next to the entrance, you can see the bright lights of the train station. The downside of the hotel is that it's a bit old, and the front desk clerk I encountered seemed somewhat stern-faced.

It was fine. Older building. The room was clean but not spotless and shiny. The bathroom had small areas where there is some mould on the caulking but it was all clean also. The airconditioning didn't work in our room but it hasn't hot so it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast is toast with jam and hard boiled eggs with some juice/milk options. All good and for the price it was better than I would have expected. It's also 3 minutes from the station! Can't beat the location!

I can't believe that after COVID19 , the environment and cleanliness can be that bad. The room is smelly, the toilet is dirty with so much black point and hair everywhere. The bed mat is unbalance. The quilt is dirty. The bad smell is non stop coming from toilet. There is lot of dust and dirty everywhere. Not recommended

立地が良く地下鉄まで3分ほどでとても便利。チェックイン前から荷物の預かりもしてもらえたのでよかった。スタッフの方の対応もよかった。ロビーにある無料のコーヒーや、朝食もパン、ゆで卵、コーンスープ、飲み物のみだったが満足。その中で部屋のカビ臭さ（部屋に入った瞬間にくる）がとても不快だった。壁紙にもカビのような黒い汚れがあり、壁紙も浮き上がっていて（換気不良や湿気でそうなってしまってるのか？）空気清浄機をかけても臭いは取れず、寝る時も気になりなかなか寝れず最終的には具合が悪くなってしまった。廊下の奥にある103号室だったので日当たりなどの関係で部屋の環境がそうなのか分からないが、今までで1番環境不良だった。トイレも狭く身体が大きいと身動き取りにくいと思う。土曜宿泊で値段が上がってたのだと思うが、あの環境でのあの値段…。高い買い物だったなという感じです…。

近くに飲食店が多く、泊まるだけならば何の問題もなく快適に過ごせます。コストパフォーマンスが良いと思います。チェックインについて問合せの電話をしましたが、わかりやすく丁寧に対応していただきました。ぜひ又、お世話になりたいと思います。

同エリアの他の施設がどうかわからないので比較できませんが、正直、一泊2名　ツインで2万円は高いと感じました。 ・1Fの部屋だったのですが隣のドアの開閉音がうるさい ・ボディースポンジは小さく・薄く・硬い、など、アメニティは経費削し過ぎ 直前に宿泊したUSJの某ホテルは、東京-大阪往復新幹線代込みで8万円だったので、ホテル代は実質24,000円程度。ほぼ変わらない宿泊代に愕然としてます。

室温が２６度設定で若干の暑さを感じていた。 設定を変更しないように記載があったので（こちらの 勘違いかも）そのままにしていたが 風呂上りとか場面によっては２４度ぐらいにしたかった。
