A farmhouse located at the foot of the village of Semproniano, just a few kilometers from the Saturnia thermal baths.
For those who want to experience life surrounded by nature and tranquility, amidst the most beautiful landscapes of the Tuscan countryside.
The property
The property is spread over two levels
On the lower level, there is a spacious patio suitable for outdoor lunches and dinners, complete with a guest bathroom and a room featuring a kitchen and a fireplace. A portable barbecue for outdoor use is included with the property.
On the upper level is a 180 m² apartment, consisting of a living room with a fireplace and armchairs; a kitchen-dining area; 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds); and 2 bathrooms (one with a tub and one with a shower).
Private indoor parking is available.
Independent diesel heating (fuel already provided by the property)
