The mornings belong to you here. Brew a cup or pot from the Keurig Duo, take it to the furnished patio, and watch the mist lift off the water. The dock sun loungers face the lake.

The days start when you're ready.
If you've got little ones, this is where they'll start asking when they can get in the water or boat.
You can bring your boat here or enjoy our paddle boat, SUP boards, or kayak. *See other details to note*

Swim off the dock side. We have an extended ladder to help you climb out. Fish off the end of the pier (BYOP)

Little ones can splash from the dock while the adults finally, genuinely relax. Or skip all of it — a good book and the sound of the lake are enough.

The evenings at Hyco are something else. The fire pit is stocked and ready. Pour the wine, roast the marshmallows, and put something on the speaker.

The sky out here is full of stars, and there's no good reason to go inside. Sleeping is easy in this house. Two queen beds with full bedding and extra pillows, plus room-darkening shades, mean everyone wakes up only when they're ready. No alarm needed.

The kitchenette is fully equipped for simple prep and food storage. We provide a countertop oven, a dual hot plate, a toaster, and a blender. If you prefer to cook out, a full-size gas grill is on the patio.

Check-in is fully contactless, and we're always reachable through the app if anything comes up.
Smaller dogs are welcome with approval. No smoking. Quiet hours are respected after 11 PM.

Guests will receive a unique access code at the time of booking. Your code will activate at check-in. If you arrive early, your access code will not work unless you have communicated with us and received early check-in approval.

This is a private and contactless stay. I am reachable via Airbnb messenger throughout the stay.

Things to note: This is a ground floor guest suite accommodation only. The top half of the house is owner occupied.

Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved prior to booking. Please message us with details about your pet before confirming your reservation.

You may tie your boat to a dock cleat at no cost.

Please note that the boat dock is a shared amenity and is not private. Family members may occasionally be present and using the dock area during your stay.

Smoke and CO detectors get tested.

Stair rails get pulled on. Exterior lights get switched on after dark to confirm the path from the driveway to the door is lit.

Your door code is yours alone and expires when you check out. No lockbox, no key under a mat.
