Very clean. Airport pickup arranged and the driver was waiting for us when we arrived. Could not have been more pleased with the private villa with pool. Breakfast was made for us privately and they made arrangements for massages. Friedliest staff and an overall wonderful start to our Bali vacation

Friendly staff and beautiful gardens. The Villa was outstanding with a king bed, outside dining area and pool. Only down fall was breakfast was laye about 1 hour each morning which delayed our outing for the day

The staff were excellent, very accomodating & friendly. They offered courtesy vehicle as we were just out of Seminyak & no charge for request of pool fence. Not only were we picked up from airport, they slso provided transport to airport whrn we left. Tge fridge was kept stocked of refreshments. The breskfast was quite basic though and the menu didn't change for the 7 days we were there.

We stayed in the 3-bedroom villa at Sandi Agung for 4 nights. It is perfect for a family of four. It is central, very well appointed, clean and truly an Oasis in the midst of a very busy, central area. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, so we have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful property. It will be top of our list if and when we head back to Bali.

便の都合で深夜の到着になりました。インドネシア国内でトランジットしたため、国内便の到着エリアで待っていたところ、空港に迎えにきてくれたドライバーさんは国際便の方で待っていたらしく、会えるまで１時間近くかかってしまいました… 国内でトランジットすることは事前に伝えていたので少々残念でした。 そのトラブルで長時間フライトの疲れが倍増した感はありましたが、施設に到着した際は笑顔で迎えてもらい、部屋の設備も期待以上でリカバリーできました。自然光が差し込む広々としたバスルームやオープンエアのリビングなどインテリアもセンスが良く、プライベートプールもあって、短い滞在でしたがゆったり過ごせました。 朝食はあらかじめ頼んだ時間にスタッフが３人も来て室内のキッチンで作ってくれます。 街中までも頼むと車で連れていってくれます。
