Villa was spotless cleaned twice a day if you wanted , location perfect just minutes from restaurants, bars & shopping . Food was perfect , Lap pool ,gym & spa AA+ . Staff were great , kind , helpful & nothing too much . It was a great place to just lay back and relax by your own private plunge pool. I would recommend this place to anyone .

We just love this place, sure it a bit weird having to go outside to go between floors but you soon get used to it. We have some useful feedback to the management regarding storage in the bedroom area but really minimal problems. The staff are all amazing thanks to Dewika, Kiki, Hendra and Owinda for excellent service. They also arranged to get our broken suitcase fixed Thanks to Agus the Guest Experience Manager for all his help in arranging special bits, like the Flower Pool and Dinner Poolside We love Eq and will return.
