Room as expected, Staff was always polite and available. The hotel is great for a quick get away for adults to Bali as for kids I guess a swimming pool option in loco would be better

Good value due to location, comfort and price if you want to be surrounded by decent but tourists priced food and 7min car ride from Seminyak beach. Cleanliness not great but could be worse: bathroom tile grout looked mouldy, room smelled strongly of air freshener at first but then like cigarette after we moved the air freshener off the aircon outlet, some grey/black mark on the sheets, wooden floor varnish slightly tacky. TV screen only semi functional (ghosted as though once dropped).

Fantastic place to stay with wonderful staff

Terrible booking experience with Hotels.com..lost booking..but on arrival at hotel..friendly face from many prior visits..quiet room at end of corridor..marvellous 3 nights..back in Dec..and hotel Management cancelled my New Year booking after 9months confirmation..but Agoda relocated immediately

Cove somewhere if you can find it.

I was a little disappointed as there were no directions on how to use the digital tv box and very disappointed as there was no mini bar fridge. Also with no signage outside you would never know there is a hotel behind the laundry very very stupid as how they expect to have all rooms occupied without location signs for advertising
