They could not do more for you. Everything was spotless and put into place inside and outside in the courtyard and pool area. One little thing was shower water was cold didn't bother me but my partner was not to happy. Over all l would stay there again.

We have mixed feelings about this hotel. It is designed tastefully, and visually appealing. But inside the room is a other story. The air conditioner was way too small and weak for the room, and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. The sink got clogged, we only stayed for two nights luckily. That being said, it's only minutes from Seminyak beach and tucked away in a close so you don't hear constant bike noise from Seminyak square
