Liked: Cleanliness
The hotel, once you can manage to identify it and get in, was lovely. We received no information on the location of the hotel, the name of the hotel didn't match the booking, and both hotels in the village belong to the same company and we had no idea which we were in. There was no manned reception, and no-one answered the phone numbers supplied. Eventually another guest gave us a number to use WhatsApp on, and we got the check in details. Suffice to say we were not impressed. . . However, next morning we spoke to the chap on the now manned reception, who was most helpful and explained that they hadn't been given any of our details by the 'agents' . . . . So, nice hotels, pool and breakfast only let down by check-in procedure.
