Nestled in the peaceful and picturesque village of Moscari, surrounded by the majestic Serra de Tramuntana and close to Selva, this stone villa offers an authentic experience in a serene and private setting. The property’s spacious outdoor areas are designed to embrace the Mallorcan outdoor lifestyle.

The villa features a charming terrace with a covered porch, perfect for dining and gathering al fresco, as well as a private pool complete with sun loungers and parasols for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. An outdoor barbecue area and a convenient shower beside the pool add further comfort, creating an ideal outdoor retreat. The villa is surrounded by well-maintained gardens, blending seamlessly into the natural landscape.

Inside, the villa is spread over two floors with five double bedrooms, two of which include en-suite bathrooms with showers, in addition to a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room, which offers direct access to the terrace and outdoor spaces. Es war eine wunderschöne Woche in einer tollen Finca! Die Zimmer schön groß, die Küche gut ausgestattet und der Pool schön sauber und warm (immer mindestens 25 Grad Celsius) Perfekt, da wir kleinere Kinder dabei hatten. Wir waren bestens betreut, auch als die Türe sich nicht mehr öffnen ließ, war der Besitzer innerhalb der nächsten halben Stunde da um sie zu reparieren. Auf jeden Fall wären wir gerne länger geblieben!
