Welcome to our beautiful and bright apartment located in a family-friendly neighborhood in the capital city area, just 4 km from downtown Reykjavik. Nearby attractions include the Golf Club Seltjarnarnes and the iconic Grótta Island lighthouse, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.

Situated on the first floor of a building with only two other apartments, our home features three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), the second bedroom has a spacious single bed (120x200 cm), and the third bedroom, conveniently located next to the entrance, has a double bed (140x200 cm).

The fully equipped kitchen ensures you'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Within walking distance, you'll find a grocery store, bakery, shopping center, gym, and swimming pool. Stroll down to the ocean, where a popular walking and biking path leads to the center of Reykjavik or to Grótta Lighthouse, an excellent spot for viewing the Northern Lights when conditions are favorable. A little further along, you'll discover Nauthólsvík Geothermal Beach, home to the delightful Nauthóll café and restaurant.
