Beautiful modern chalet, exceptional mountain and pine views

Superb contemporary chalet with exceptional views of the mountains and fir trees and located in a very quiet hamlet, close to the slopes and hiking trails.
It is ideal for families, nature lovers but also for teleworkers, as it has a work area in the living room and is equipped with fibre.
The large south-facing terrace (with a barbecue) will allow you to enjoy the sun for a large part of the day.
The chalet is very comfortable and designed to stay there for long stays.
The entrance to the chalet is on the same level as the arrival by car, which is very practical in winter.

The chalet is composed of three bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor with a 160x200 bed with its bathroom, and toilet, with a view of the mountains.
and two other bedrooms upstairs (with two 160x200 beds) with bathroom and toilet.
On the first floor is the entrance, the living room open to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with shower room and toilet.
