The apartment features a paved patio behind the house with a windbreak, a grill, and patio furniture—ideal for cozy evenings outdoors. The apartment is accessible only via an outdoor staircase attached to the house, as it is located on the upper floor. In the fully equipped kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), exhaust hood, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and a toilet. Two bedrooms with a TV, a closet, and a large box-spring bed ensure restful nights and can be darkened. The third bedroom features a bunk bed.
