Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin!
Our well-appointed vacation apartment is located on the second floor in the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, one of the four well-known seaside resorts on the island of Rügen. The apartment is quietly situated at the end of a cul-de-sac between Lake Sellin and the South Beach.
The Baltic Sea resort of Sellin is located in the southeastern part of the island of Rügen and is part of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve. The fine-sand beach is only about 500 m away through the adjacent forest. Our vacation apartment is a non-smoking unit located on the second floor. It measures approximately 60 square meters and features an open, spacious bedroom in the attic—accessible via a spiral staircase—with a box-spring double bed (180 x 200 cm) with nightstands and reading lamps, an internally lit wardrobe, and two single beds, and accommodates 2 adults and up to 2 children under 17 years of age.
The spacious living-dining area, furnished with a leather sofa set and a large oak dining table with cantilever chairs, is complemented by a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, oven, range hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, bread slicer, toaster, and espresso maker.
The interior bathroom, which is also modern, features a shower with a glass partition, a vanity with a base cabinet and an illuminated mirror cabinet, as well as automatic ventilation. The 14 m² southeast-facing balcony offers plenty of space for breakfast and sunbathing and is furnished with a table and garden chairs.
The vacation rental has been lovingly furnished in a modern and comfortable style and offers a flat-screen TV (49 inches) as well as free Wi-Fi.
There is a green area next to the house with seating and a grill; each apartment has a parking space. A bike rack behind the house is available for bicycles you bring with you.
Fresh towels will be waiting for you upon arrival, and the beds will, of course, be made. For children up to 3 years old, a travel crib and high chair can be provided upon request for an additional fee. Please indicate this when booking.
Shopping, restaurants, the “Ahoi” water park with its sauna area, and the pier are all just a few minutes’ walk away.
The public transit bus stop is approximately 200 meters away. Bike paths start right at the house, and the stop for the nostalgic steam train “Rasender Roland” is about 600 meters away.
