Terrible experience.

We were only able to stay for 10 minutes as the conditions of the room were atrocious. There were bugs on the counter in the bedroom, bugs on the bed, the smell was awful and there was an open access panel in the bathroom exposing lots of hazardous dust for myself and my dog. When asked about a refund, the front desk said because I booked through a third party they would need to speak to their manager about a refund. When we wrote a note regarding the experience we said we were going to call back at a certain time the following day. When that happened, the front desk argued and said they would “look at the room” before approving a refund. We refused, had words and they said we should expect a refund within 3 business days. Although the first person I dealt with was lovely, it seemed they were very defensive and argumentative when a refund was requested

Horrible Property Owner

The Juice are from couple days ago. No proper breakfast items. Above all, the owner was yelling at his staff in front of me. Owner has no respect for neither the guests nor the staffs.

I’ll say that the room was clean & bed was comfy. Glad I only had to sleep there. Hotel was noisy, next to interstate. Tv didn’t work. Coffee maker with no coffee. Breakfast was bad. Broken juice & coffee machines. I guess I got what I paid for.

I flew in early and the man at the desk let me check in early, then I added another night and he was very understanding! Breakfast WASNT much but it did what it needed too. It was mostly quiet and I didn’t have really any problems. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was decent. But staying here a week for a music festival was the best option and I loved it.

This was a last minute decision as we were at louder than life music festival and decided driving back late at night was not a good idea. So I booked at 11 pm. There was a small issue when we got there but they got it fixed quickly. The place is definitely older however, our room was clean and we had no issues. Got a great night sleep and a shower and out the next morning.

Check in was fine, got to our room and the couch was filthy. Dried bodily fluids and blood on bed linen as well as cigarette burns. Latch lock was broke off door. Booked a room for 4 people and staff refused to give us enough towels for all of us. Told is to wait til the housekeeping came through. Then they tried to charge me an extra $500 cause they found out we were staying there for the music festival in Kentucky. We were told rates are higher for people staying in their hotel for that reason. I contacted Expedia who I booked through and was told that is illegal and hotel is now being investigated. Another room had a broken window with a cardboard box covering the window. Just overall felt unsafe In the hotel.

Don’t recommend

As soon we walked in the carpets were soaked and stayed wet our whole stay ( hopefully from being shampooed?), the bedding was still damp from being washed, there was a hole in the ceiling, the mattress was stained, the blow dryer was dirty and didn’t work, the lobby toilet was clogged when I checked in, and the towels were stained.
