Wonderful staff, large themed rooms, very quiet atmosphere, and just a little ways out of downtown proper. The rooms were clean and accessible with parking right outside the door. Wifi can be a little clunky at times, but worked for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice people in the office but the place is in need of LOTS of maintenance. Coffee maker but no coffee. No soap or shampoo. Chipped paint. Messy surroundings. Cool in its own way, but on its way out.

Property is just barely hanging on and very rough. First room we got had unmade bad and hadn’t been cleaned. Second room had a clogged toilet, very loud AC, holes in walls etc. Room wasn’t refundable, we decided to just leave without staying the night and take the loss.

This place seriously needs major updates. It needs a deep cleaning inside and premises. No top sheet and a blanket instead of comforter. Toilet leaked, missing light bulbs, big crack in wall and an ancient wall air conditioner and some other maybe a heater thing. We were very cold during the night. Lampshade was broken. The microwave was filthy inside.

Yes, parking was easy. Staff was not too bad. But the room was horrible. It was not what it showed on the website, and it was just a creepy eerie place. And on top of it, the bathroom water leaked all that long. There was no air conditioning whatsoever, and as far as cleanliness far from microwave is disgusting. We prepaid for the room. When we arrived we waited about 10 minutes for check in. A boy first showed up then went in to get us assistance. The gentleman said he was not used to working at the counter & that his wife was sick. The king bed was great. But the tv did not work. We could not call the owners as the phone service said it was out of order. The tub did not have a stopper so I couldn’t bathe. Lamp was missing it’s lightbulb.

We arrived to a poorly maintained property, overgrown weeds, buildings with facias falling off, etc. Our room was not cleaned until an hour after check-in time and I use the word clean loosely. The carpet and bed spread were filthy, the walls had cracks in them and the water pressure was horrible in the morning. I did not turn on the AC out of concerns of a fire, noting the fire alarm was not working. The TV remote was not in the room, just a Roku remote without volume controls so there was no way to turn down the volume. The "court yard" area has light fixtures that were nice at some point in the past, unfortunately now they mostly have burned out bulbs. The staff mentioned they had just bought the property, I wish them luck, I am actually amazed they are allowed to be open with the permitting department in that area with the cracks in the walls, structural issues, etc.
