And on top of it, the bathroom water leaked all that long. There was no air conditioning whatsoever, and as far as cleanliness far from microwave is disgusting. We prepaid for the room. When we arrived we waited about 10 minutes for check in. A boy first showed up then went in to get us assistance. The gentleman said he was not used to working at the counter & that his wife was sick. The king bed was great. But the tv did not work. We could not call the owners as the phone service said it was out of order. The tub did not have a stopper so I couldn’t bathe. Lamp was missing it’s lightbulb.

The hotel was ok. TV operates using Roku and there was not good reception. However, if you stay there to hike Havasupai Falls, it’s a quick stay and a short distance to drive there

The Route 66 experience as it should.

It’s an original motel from back in the Route 66 days, so you get the experience. From a modern perspective we where unhappy with the fact that the cleaning was done without checking behind the entry door. (There was some dirt and two dead cockroach there) and noisy A/C. But still we enjoyed the experience and bedding etc was good.

The hotel was very outdated. Carpet was dirty and beds needed to be replaced. Staff was very kind. Light bulbs were unscrewed and fridge was unplugged. Did not get cold when plugged in
