This was our favorite hotel during our time in Iceland. It was beautiful, with heated floors, comfortable spacious rooms and access to a hot tub while we watched the Northern Lights. The beds are sooo comfortable and cozy too. We will definitely come back here again when we visit the land of Fire and Ice!

We had the most wonderful stay at hotel Grimsborgir! The rooms were spotless and very roomy. The hot-tub was also a great addition and lovely to be able to use it in the evening after a busy day of exploring. The staff were extremely friendly and the food (both the included breakfast and paid dinner) was amazing with lots of options. The location was excellent in a nice quiet part of Selfoss. We were also lucky enough to see the northern lights from our room!!

Parking was good.thete was some mold under the window.there wetent enough towels, i asked for 2 more and they gave them to me.the walk way was solid ice i asked for some salt to be put down before i would have fallen.breakfsst was good but the same all 4 days.nice variety though.
