     Bali Villa 2188 is a complex of two villas together.

     The villa offers a total of six bedrooms that can accommodate twelve guests.

     There are two wings to the villa.

     Each wing has its own private fully equipped kitchen and its own swimming pool.

     You can choose to fully enclose the villa to enjoy the air-conditioned living areas, or open them to enjoy the outdoor Bali vibe.

     The villa offers 400 square meters of indoor and outdoor spaces.

     The two villas are connected by the upper terraces where there are different areas dedicated to relaxation and conviviality.

     All outdoor terraces protected from rain and sun provide delightful additional space to sleep, read and unwind.

     Six en-suite beautiful bedrooms are spread across the two levels villa, delivering privacy and the rare choice of grouping friends and families together in separate parts of the villa.

     The ground floor of each villa offers a master bedroom overlooking a swimming pool with private terrace, a living room opening onto a magnificent fully equipped and air-conditioned kitchen.

1) We do not allow parties. No outsiders allowed in the villa.

2) The villa is in a quiet area where the peace is essential.

So out of respect for the peaceful neighborhood, the guests are kindly requested not to make parties or any kind of too loud or disturbing behavior.

3) Please leave the property as tidy and clean as when you checked in. Thank you.

4) Smoking inside the villa, rooms or bathrooms is forbidden and will be penalised by a heavy fine or by immediate dismissal.

5) You are personally responsible for anything you damage. Contact us as soon as possible to declare it.

6) You are responsible for your personal belongings. We decline any responsibility in any loss, theft, accident or any inconvenience in or out of the villa.

     Nestled in a dead end, the villa is at walking distance of 100 meters from the restaurants, supermarket, spa, bakery & pastry shop, clinic, bank, surf shop.

     Seminyak is only 2 km away and Finns Beach Club 700 meters away.

     Batu Belig beach is the closest and is only 500 meters away.

     The location of the villa is perfect.

     The villa is completely reserved for you and you will have a total privacy.
