Idéalement située dans un environnement très calme, en bord de la baie de Povlja, en front de mer et à quelques minutes des plages, la villa est construite en 4 terrasses, reliées entre elles par des escaliers extérieurs. Le premier niveau est occupé par Sanja et Dusan, les propriétaires.
Au niveau 2, une grande terrasse de 87m2, dessert un studio indépendant. (2 personnes)
Au niveau 3, vous arrivez sur une autre terrasse ombragée avec grande table et cheminée barbecue qui dessert la 'maison du milieu' construite sur 2 étages. (6 personnes)
Le niveau 4 nous offre une petite maison traditionnelle avec son entrée indépendante. (2 ou 3 personnes)
Les terrasses sont construites autour des arbres d’origine qui apportent ombre et fraîcheur. Vue sublime depuis toutes les pièces sur l'Adriatique. Air conditionné dans la grande chambre de la maison du milieu et dans la petite maison du haut. Les autres pièces sont naturellement abritées de la chaleur.
La maison est équipée du WIFI.
Au pied de la maison, un ponton privé est à votre disposition pour la baignade.

Wonderful house of trees & terraces -v much it’s own character which we loved !

The house lies at the end of a gorgeous village nestling in a bay . So easy to walk to shops cafes restaurants & ATM . Didn’t need to go anywhere else if you wanted an extremely easy holiday . The house has its own unique character which we fell in love with .

Vila Dzeba, Povlja Village, Isle of Brac

We had a pleasure of staying at Vila Dzeba in Brac for two weeks in August 2016. The property is located in a quaint fishing village of Povlja on the island of Brac. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed and extremely satisfied with the location of the property and owner's hospitality. The host made all of us truly feel at home. Povlja is a quiet and friendly town with several cafes and restaurants. The property is architecturally designed as several separate living areas that provides a place for everyone staying there to enjoy their own space without interrupting anyone else. The house provides tranquility and is conveniently located on the pristine Adriatic Sea waterfront and is close driving distance to several other smaller towns. Variety of water activities and vineyards are not too far from the property. I would highly recommend this house to anyone seeking a vacation place without any distractions.

Wonderfully relaxing summer vacation

We had a very nice vacation in Povlja, thanks to the Villa. Its large and nicely shaded terrace allows staying outdoors most of the time. The private access to the Adriatic bay just across the street made going for a swim extremely easy and much nicer than on crowded beaches. We loved our stay and would certainly like to return !

Tolles Haus in einer super schönen Lage

Wir wurden sehr nett von den Vermietern begrüßt. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und hatten viele Tipps für uns. Das Haus ist sehr gut für größere Familien oder Freuende geeignet. Am schönsten fanden wir die tolle Terasse und den wunderschönen Ausblick.

Lovely house in a beautiful village

The house is beautifully built around old pine trees, very well kept and elegantly decorated. It was a perfect holiday destination for our group of four adults and four children aged 12-17. The village is a gem, a peaceful and picturesque place only 45 minutes from the ferry port of Supetar.

Sehr interssantes Haus mit traumhafter Terasse und Blick auf die Bucht

Wir hatten Ende August 2017 das Vergnügen mit zwei Familien nebst Teenagern das gesamte Haus nutzen zu können. Sanya und Dusan sind ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und stehen mit vielen Tipps zur Seite. Das Haus selbst ist über dem Standard ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist traumhaft - einmal die kurze Treppe hinunter und man kann in das kristallklare Meer springen. Weitere Strände (Kiesel) sind in 5 Minuten Gehentfernung zu erreichen. Ausflüge auf den höchsten Punkt einer Adriainsel (788m) oder zu einem versteckten Kloster sind empfehlenswert. Wer den Trubel sucht, ist am goldenen Horn in Bol (10 km) gut aufgehoben. Povlja selbst ist ein ruhiger Ort, in dem es eher beschaulich zugeht. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Deuxième séjour parfait, terrasse inoubliable, idéal à deux familles.

Nous sommes venus du 7 au 14 août 2016, après un premier séjour en août 2015. Semaine parfaite, de belles virées en bateau depuis Povla ou depuis Sumartin. Propriétaire chaleureuse et accueillante, prête à donner des conseils. Maison impeccable, draps anciens. Village sympa, avec petits commerces, restaurants, et bonnes glaces à 200 mètres. Barques à moteur à louer à deux pas pour se se promener dans la baie. On aime spécialement le magnifique pin qui traverse la terrasse, la maison est construite autour de ce pin, un peu comme le cèdre de la Fondation Cartier à Paris.
