Awesome location that is located between Bethany and Ocean City beaches, but with its private community beach, gym, swimming pool and kayaking so you can walk to the beach with families to enjoy all the amenities plus gorgeous sunrise(possible views of dolphins) and sunset. Minutes to park, golf sites, shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful place and Community. The pool and gym were awesome. Harry the property Manager was easy to reach with any issues. Overall it was a nice stay

Clean, quiet neighborhood, Convenient to everything

Comfortable townhouse, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is also very manicured and clean. Reminded me of the Truman Show. It's a dog friendly area, everyone seem to have dogs. There is a farm stand (Produce 54) at the entrance where I bought produce everyday and Food Lion and Harris Teeter about a few miles away. Restaurants are also only a few miles on Lighthouse Road. It's not on the beach but I liked the area and the neighborhood. We had a great vacation.
