Bayside Resort – Bright, Dog‑Friendly Second‑Floor Condo with Pool & Gym

Enjoy a relaxing stay at this second-floor condo in the heart of Bayside Resort, just steps from the Sun Ridge Tennis & Recreation Center. This spacious one-level getaway features a cozy living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a den, and three bedrooms—including two primary suites. One of the suites functions as a private lock-out with its own entrance, microwave, mini-fridge, and sitting area. Unwind on the private screened porch and enjoy amenities like central air, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, four TVs, and a gas fireplace (not available in summer).

Resort amenities is available for an optional fee of $65 per person (ages 4 and older) for a 3-day pass; $115 per person for a 7 day pass. These rates may slightly change for the upcoming 2026 season. This fee must be paid at least two weeks prior to arrival to ensure your passes are prepared and ready for pick-up when you arrive. We will coordinate this with you post-booking.

- One dog permitted, fee $50.
- Guests must be 25+ to book
- Free parking for one vehicle.
- Condo is accessible without stairs.
