I was pleasantly surprised at how at home this place felt! Really convenient location right dab in the middle of our travel route so no back tracking! They even had a house kitty! I will definitely be staying there again next time I’m in that area!

Property not in great condition. Dark, a little creepy. Need to call if coming in after 9p. All closed up with little instruction.Nice view across the street from motel. Pictures looked like cabins but it was not.

When we arrived we noticed that the office area really smelled bad. The gentleman was grumpy. So first impression was not good. We went to the room and as we walked in the smell of pinesol (or cleaning liquid) was very strong. As we went in and out though the smell disappeared. The room was outdated but appeared clean. We appreciated that we had a small fridge and microwave. Would we come back again? Possibly

No hot water the whole time we were there. There were ants on the side table when I woke up. There was blood splatter on the wall in the bathroom. Just not worth the price at all.

It’s an old motel, which means that the floor in the bathroom had some hills and valleys, and the walls were thin enough to hear conversations in the adjacent room. It also means that everything has been worked out, and works well. Places to hang things, good coffee, comfortable bed. And because the motel caters to the fishing crowd, it quieted down by 9 pm. The internet connection worked fine for us. The owners were personable, pleasant, and interesting. We would certainly stay again.

Room was ok, and seemed clean but walk area leading to rooms dusty and dirty some pieces of trash paper like the area hadn't been cleaned or swept for months. Same with landscaping and lawn needed mowing.

If you are looking for a clean, inexpensive room, this is it. The bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi was terrible. The water in the shower was warm, but never got hot. Also, no AC. The room felt stuffy. A fan would have helped a lot.
