Three spacious double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a queen size bed, each with large windows allowing plenty of natural light and built-in wardrobes for ample storage.
Two fully equipped bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.
The open plan living area is bright and welcoming, with a fully equipped kitchen that flows seamlessly into the cozy living room. The living room has a table that comfortably seats six people, a large sofa and a TV, and even air conditioning for greater comfort in summer or winter. Ideal for socializing while cooking, the kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
The front and back of the house feature paved outdoor areas. Out back you will find a small and inviting pool perfect for cooling off on hot days, along with a large parasol and two comfortable sun loungers for relaxing in the sun.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is open from June to September, during which time regular cleaning and maintenance are guaranteed, and its use is permitted.

Outside of this period, the pool does not have guaranteed maintenance and, for safety reasons, it is not permitted to dive or use the pool without prior request and authorization from the host.
