This hotel was perfect as our flight into Paris landed at late at night. It is really close to the airport and less than a 5 min walk to the closest train station to get into the centre of Paris easily the next day. It was clean, well maintained and had good aircon!!

Loved the staff, the room, the hot water and great water pressure, fully stocked bathroom, comfy pillows and blankets and a great night sleep. Ten mins from the airport! You can’t beat it!

The room was clean overall. However, under the bed, I found some things that were left behind by previous guests. The bed, on the other hand, was great, as was the air conditioning. I needed an iron for an important event, but there wasn’t one in my room or at the front desk, and they were unable to provide me with one. The rooms are not well insulated, and since pets are allowed, I was woken up very early by another guest’s dog barking. The barking continued for more than an hour.

Staff were not helpful. The lobby had cigarette smell, no one was there to help me with bags, my room was very dirty upon checkin even though i was told it was clean. Upon entering the room the pillow was dirty sink had hairs shower had soap foam and hairs and they denied to change my room. No one came to clean it. I dont expect this service from a 4 star hotel. I bought this for comfort but had a nightmare. I dont recommend to anyone

Great Staff service but the room card system might need some update. Sometimes the card can't use for door or elevator. You might need to ask the counter to redo. The service staff deserve more support from the management team.
