In Seignosse, ideally located at the foot of the wild dune and 400m from shops, this pleasant duplex patio villa is situated in a residence with a communal swimming pool. The ground floor comprises a living room with a sofa bed (130cm) and a fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a furnished terrace and an enclosed garden. There is also a shower room with a toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90cm), and a shower room with a toilet.
NO TELEVISION IN THE LIVING ROOM! You will only have a small television upstairs in one of the bedrooms.
The communal swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 15th, weather permitting and excluding scheduled annual maintenance.
