Our home is a rare blend of timeless character and thoughtful updates. Originally built in 1946, it carries the charm of its era, now enhanced with modern touches inside and out. This 2200 SF on a 1.5-acre lot for a nice morning walk among the mature trees, and only steps from the river. Come enjoy a nice fire pit, BBQ, river, or the large yard & pick up pecans from the large pecan trees. With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 queen air mattress, and 1 bunk bed, this adorable property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of freshly remodeled 2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers. Experience what Seguin has to offer with a stay at our farmhouse.
