The receptionist was absolutely wonderful. The carpet in the room was dirty. The shower had 5 separate controls, difficult to figure out in the absence of written explanation. The overhead shower directed the water to the shower door, potentially flooding the room. Breakfast coffee was excellent.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Check in took over 40 minutes for the 3 rooms we booked and then they charged an additional 30 euros for a second bed in the room when we had already paid the 3 person rate on Expedia. Terrible customer service. There’s much better places to stay in Segovia. This is a run down student hostel and the AC doesn’t work.

Great location. Very helpful staff and a very good breakfast. A bit noisy, but that’s pretty much everywhere in Segovia. They allow dogs which is great for dog owners, but can also be a bit noisy with dogs barking.
