Lovely characterful property that has been renovated to a good standard. We were in the cloisters and the rooms are lovely. It is worth eating in the cloisters as the food is good and the setting fabulous. It was a highlight of our 2 day stay. The hotel is at the start of the aqueduct and is a bit of a walk into the old town but it wouldn't stop us staying again.

As a former monastery, this is a really cool place to stay. It is very close to the beginning of the aqueduct as well which takes you down to the central core. Easily walkable to all the interesting sites. The history and ambiance is something to experience. The menu in the restaurant was awesome with good service. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Happily stay again.
