Vi blev tyvärr mycket besvikna på vår vistelse. Redan vid ankomsten fick vi vänta cirka 1 timme i värmen på att vårt rum skulle bli klart efter incheckningstiden, utan någon tydlig information om när vi kunde få tillgång till rummet. Hotellet marknadsförs som all inclusive och nämner två strandbarer bland sina faciliteter. Vi uppfattade det som att dessa tillhörde hotellet och ingick i all inclusive-konceptet. På plats fick vi i stället veta att strandbarerna drivs separat och att drycker där inte ingår. Om så är fallet borde detta framgå mycket tydligare i informationen vid bokning för att undvika missförstånd. Maten levde tyvärr inte heller upp till våra förväntningar. Det utlovades buffé, men det var inte vad vi möttes av. Utbudet var mycket begränsat, maten var ofta inte varm och den övergripande kvaliteten var låg. Läget är fint, men den otydliga informationen kring all inclusive, väntetiden på rummet och den undermåliga maten gjorde att vistelsen inte motsvarade våra förväntningar. Vi skulle tyvärr inte välja detta hotell igen.
