'Green' Mattress Dormitory with Shared Terrace & Garden, WITHOUT Kitchen

Please note that the mattress dormitory is a shared room and does not offer a kitchen or any cooking facilities.



What could be better than falling into a cozy bed after a long celebration or an extensive hike?



The dormitory has two sleeping rooms with seven beds each—one of which is accessible by a ladder—as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate WC in each room. Bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are provided. There are no televisions.



Up to three additional people can be booked upon request.



If you wish, we can serve you a hearty breakfast in our dining area, including rolls, butter, jam, cheese, cold cuts, fruit, yogurt, muesli, and tea or coffee. Breakfast is available upon request and can be booked for an additional charge.

This property features a shared outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, and a playground.

The Zweilindenhof is idyllically situated in a secluded location and offers a unique atmosphere, characterised by an incomparable view of the countryside. The farm is actively farmed and is also home to a number of farm animals. Here you can relax, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The clear starry sky that unfolds over the farm at night is particularly impressive. Events are possible by prior arrangement.



The proximity to Lake Starnberg, Weilheim, Munich and the nearby mountains offers opportunities for cultural experiences, museum visits, hikes and more.

Car parking is available on the property.

Families with children are welcome.

Pets are allowed on request and for a fee.

Smoking is not permitted.

Please note that the ‘Green’ & ‘Yellow’ dormitories do not have a kitchen.



Events such as weddings, birthdays, christenings and other celebrations with individual menus for brunch, lunch or dinner can be organised at the Zweilindenhof. Please note that pre-booking is required.

Breakfast is available on request and for a fee.



The farm has recycling guidelines and energy-saving lighting. Some of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems.
