If all you’re looking for a clean bed and hot shower that’s what you get but thermostat was broken so it was very hot in room. Inside washroom sink was gross. Water fills up in tub when showering.

The room was very musty and had no AC. Only one of the windows opened and we had to get a staff member to manually open the other. All of the furniture was very dated and dusty. The bedding and towels were clean but had the same vaguely musty smell. The staff was nice enough but this place is definitely a hole in the wall in need of a renovation!

The pictures on line do not reflect the current hotel rooms. If you look at the pictures there is a phone from the 80’s? on the bedside table. The carpets throughout the hotel are stained and dirty. The bedside tables were in terrible shape, stained, dirty with some kind of lacquer over the damaged areas, that I could not imagine putting anything on them. Big water stain on ceiling over bed, ceiling was bulging also in that area. Chairs throughout sitting areas were stained, torn. I tried three rooms. I couldn’t stay there. Between bugs in the tub, smoke/pot smell in another, the furniture and carpets did me in. The rooms were dismal and very worn. Wall paper peeling off the walls. The staff person was so nice, but I could never ethically refer someone here. The lobby looked nice and the lobby entrance to the event space looked nice. If they could take out the carpets everywhere and update furnishings in the rooms it would be so much better.

Friendly checkin experience. Happy to find a gym but the elliptical and bike need maintenance/repair. No towels or cups for water and wall paper was peeling. Treadmill worked but old, rusted and filthy. Lovely large vase and large woven rug on the wall were impressive art pieces on display.

Cigarette burns in linens and excessive burns in carpet for a non-smoking room reservation. Dirty carpet. Bugs in room. Unclean woodwork in bathroom. Bathtub faucet leaked making dripping noise constantly. Supposedly no rooms available to switch. Room too cold and front desk only provided with 1 extra blanket. No daily housekeeping service to room. Had to request towels from front desk. No linen change. I would not recommend this location and will not be staying there in the future. Cost is more than other Inns in the area that would provide housekeeping. Rude front desk staff. Rude female bartender in adjacent restaurant.

We were utterly disappointed at the state of unsanitary conditions in the room. There was mold in the air vents. There were stains on the walls. We were disgusted by sticky residue on tables and walls. The carpet clearly had not been vacuumed as evidenced by the debris on the rug. The drawer poles were falling off of the nightstand and dresser. Ceiling tiles were a jar along with a residue coming from them. We immediately checked back out and requested a refund.

The room was not at all like the pictures. A lot of things in my room was broken and I took pictures just to make sure I was not going to be charged for it because they take a $100 deposit. I asked them to check my room but told me the housekeeping will. I just informed them that I took pictures of the room when I first arrived. It says no smoking but I could smell smoke in the hallway outside our room. You can hear all the noise from all the people on sides. I believe this is because our room had a King bed but had two doors to two neighboring rooms. This made for no privacy. The last thing I was not happy about was in the morning I was putting my cloths on and I heard a knock at the door and when I went to the door the guy was already trying to come in. It was not 11am yet. I have never had this kind of experience. I will not ever return.

The room and hotel itself was very dated. The sink was gross and when we ran the shower, the water backed up and you were standing in a puddle of who knows what. Bed was comfortable and otherwise clean. Many old stains in the carpet and hallways. The people working the front desk were very kind.
