Went there just for the night I'm from CT, checked in but didn't go to the room left right back out returned around 9 or so, hallway to room smelled like cat urine, went in with 2 children window were open it was freezing, rust or burn stains on the bathroom floor and toilet, woke to water by the bathroom door, didn't get good sleep didn't feel comfortable, kept lights on incase of bugs, went out in the morning saw a deal happening, got dressed and left

The place was just dirty, hallways never vacuumed. Rooms if you looked close enough not to clean. The same dirt and pennies were literally in the hallway for my whole stay. Room key kept failing so needed to be reset constantly. Very small tv and reception was not good a lot of times. Probably won't be back it needs a complete overhaul corporate should visit they would be appalled

Waited well over 45 mins in the loddy to check in was noone at the front desk working called the property from my phone just rang at the front desk. A customer whi lives at the hotel was finally able to find someone thatvwas able to check us in. Room booked for 2 people room only had 1 towel 1 wash cloth 1 pillow nothing in room no ironing coffee pot hair dryer ect
