I paid $92 for the express delivery, and when I arrived at the motel, the room didn't have a refrigerator! I complained to the receptionist, who said that since I paid for a room with a chip, I had to pay another $10 for another room. So I did! And they gave me a single room when we were supposed to be a couple, a smoking room (when we don't smoke), and to top it all off, when we went to take a shower, the shower didn't work! We left without showering.

We booked 4 people, but had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. We called to get more brought up, but 2 hours later they still had not come. We called again and were told that we had to come get them because the cleaning staff was gone. The wall had buggers on it. We moved out the stand by the bed to find a working outlet and found a wad of wires coming out of a large hole in the wall.

The bathroom had a door knob but no actual lock! There was no closing it. The tub was leaking. Sink was cracked. I had to go to the front desk to ask for a remote because there wasn’t one in the room. He said he would be 5 minutes. Never got the remote. I left to grab food 20 minutes later and he was just sharing videos on his phone. I didn’t even bother asking again. Sheets were stained.
