Welcome to our artist’s villa/bungalow with garden in Seefeld! We are truly delighted to welcome you as our guests. Our 110 m² bungalow blends the soul of an older house with modern comfort. The villa exudes a unique, cozy retro charm, perfectly matched with exclusive artist design. Throughout the house, you will discover fascinating artworks and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. The artist’s photos offer a first impression of the stylish interior.



Sustainability and environmental protection are very important to us, so the house is powered by a large, modern photovoltaic system. You will enjoy step-free living on one level and underfloor heating with a clear conscience. Two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher), and fast internet provide everything you need for a perfect stay.



The absolute highlight is the outdoor area: every room has direct access to the huge terrace. Thanks to perfect southern exposure, you can enjoy sunshine all day and fantastic views in the heart of beautiful Seefeld. Relax on the loungers or in the cozy TV corner. Despite the peaceful location, all shops are just a short walk away. Villa Mona Lisa is only a few minutes’ walk from the golf course and ski lifts.
