Welcome to our artists' villa, a bungalow with a garden in Seefeld! We look forward to welcoming you as our guest. Our 110 m² bungalow blends the soul of an older house with modern thinking. The villa's unique, cosy retro charm perfectly complements an artist's exclusive design. Throughout the house, you'll discover fascinating artworks and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. The artist's pictures offer a first glimpse of the stylish interior.



Sustainability and environmental protection are close to our hearts, so we power the house with a large, modern solar panel system. Enjoy accessible, single-level living and cosy underfloor heating with a clear conscience. Two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher) and fast internet provide everything you need for a perfect stay.



The outdoor space is the highlight: every room opens directly onto the huge terrace. Its ideal south-facing position lets you soak up the sun all day and enjoy fantastic views in beautiful Seefeld. Relax on the loungers or in the cosy TV seating area. Despite the wonderfully peaceful location, all local shops are within easy reach.
