Siamo arrivati ad ora di pranzo e l'accoglienza è stata molto "frettolosa" dato che il titolare è anche lo chef del ristorante sotto, Ci può stare. Il comune ad agosto 2026 si trova in emergenza idrica quindi dopo le 22 niente doccia perchè l'acqua è razionata. Non si è verificato, ma cosa costava un sms prima del nostro arrivo? Il punto dolente è però l'aria condizionata. Sul sito è ad oggi ancora ben specifica, nella realtà inesistente!! Presente solo un ventilatore a soffitto, ed un altro piccolo a terra che però fa solo rumore e scalda ancor di più l'ambiente. Vien da dire che fortunatamente abbiamo prenotato una sola notte: un inferno di caldo e afa insopportabili. Al check out alla richiesta di spiegazioni ci è stato riferito dalla moglie (il titolare semplicemente si è eclissato, complimenti) che bastava aprire la finestra... Peccato che la finestra da sul corridoio della struttura e non direttamente sull'esterno! Per di più la stessa è a ribalta e si apre solo con la tapparella completamente alzata! Dov'è la privacy? Per non morire l'abbiamo aperta ovviamente! Ma ricevere un consiglio del genere, dopo una notte insonne, e dopo una loro grave mancanza, suona decisamente come una presa per i "fondelli"! è questo il rispetto per i clienti? Per finire, neanche uno "scusate" di circostanza ma solo menefreghismo, il conto preparato in fretta e furia per mandarci via e solamente dopo un "mi dispiace" sbiascicato per spegnere le nostre lamentele. CHE TRISTEZZA
