Located in Sedico, between Belluno and Feltre, it is the ideal place for motorcyclists and tourists. The property offers two rooms with a total capacity of up to 5 guests, complete with sheets and towels.

The double room is large and spacious, measuring 19 square meters, with the option to add a single bed. Recent insulation work has been completed on the walls and ceiling to enhance guest comfort.

The single room has been completely renovated, featuring insulation, drywall, and high-quality flooring. An additional single bed can be added upon request.

The bathroom down the hall includes a sink, bidet, toilet, bathtub, and washing machine available for guests’ use.

The kitchen has been recently renovated, with insulation added to the walls and ceiling and new flooring installed.

Nearby, you’ll find local spots like Krem (a contemporary pastry shop) for breakfast or “la Bettola del posto,” Sedico’s quintessential wine bar (“Piero dal Vin”).

Sedico is best known as the headquarters of Luxottica (about a 20-minute walk from the apartment). Nearby, you’ll find several supermarkets, including Lidl, Prix, Kanguro, and Super W.

On Thursdays, the market in Sedico’s main square is a regular gathering spot for the town’s residents.

In about a 15-minute drive, you can reach Belluno or Feltre, which we recommend visiting at least once to explore parts of the old town that are still open to the public.
