Set in the lush and storied southwest corner of the Russian River Valley, the recently renovated two-story home is surrounded by rolling vines and breathtaking views in every direction. The Vineyard Residence is a place where wine, nature, and relaxation come together.

Guests are invited to book a private 90-minute tasting experience just steps from the house with co-owner Breauna Kanzler, and you may even spot Winemaker Alex Kanzler tending the vineyard on his tractor. This is wine country living, authentically experienced.

Whether you're on a romantic getaway, a family reunion, or a weekend retreat with friends, this home was designed to inspire connection and creativity. This is a working farm for our family winery business. While you're staying here, the house will be your oasis for socializing and relaxing, but if you see some of our staff onsite, please feel free to ask us about the goings on! Explore the property and enjoy all the amenities. We have a gated entry and will provide you with a code prior to arrival.

° Quiet hours: We ask you to respect our neighbors and the peaceful surroundings by refraining from noisy activities after 10 p.m.

° No unregistered guests are allowed to stay the night on the property

° The 1,800 sq ft private tasting room is adjacent to the residence. Tasting guests and staff have designated parking apart from the residence. You are more than welcome to join in the charm of this immersive wine country experience by booking your private tasting.

FAQs:

• Pets? We CANNOT allow pets, no exceptions.

• Do you offer a long-term stay discount? Yes. Our maximum discount is 30% savings on bookings of 7 to 28 nights.

• Is the pool heated? Yes, it's solar-heated from June through October.

Please note that this is a working farm, and you may see a crew tending to our vines. (Lucky guests in late September may even witness the harvest!) Some areas of the property are not open to guests due to equipment, materials, and operations that could be unsafe for those not familiar with agricultural practices. These areas are marked and delineated by fencing and gates. We ask guests not to enter them without supervision.
