Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting interior with everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a 2-in-1 washer and dryer combo for your laundry needs. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds, quality linens, and blackout curtains to ensure restful sleep. The kitchen offers a lovely view of the water—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

There are no security cameras inside or outside the guesthouse. However, the main house, which is occupied, has a security doorbell and a camera overlooking the parking area.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire property.



Other Things to Note:

There are no interior cameras in the guesthouse. For security, the unit has a Ring doorbell and an outdoor camera on a post nearby, both monitoring only the exterior. The occupied main house also has a doorbell camera and one overlooking its parking area.



We ask our guests to follow these check-out procedures on the morning of departure:

- Log off all accounts on smart TV (for your protection)

- Empty all the trash & recycle

- Check all doors and windows to ensure that they are locked

- Scan QR code in the first floor hallway to notify our cleaners of your departure
