Spencer was a fantastic host for a great property. This house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, near downtown, UW Village, and Seattle Children's Hospital. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was lots of space to hang out inside and outside. There were good walkable destinations, and most of Seattle was within a 10 minute drive. As I said, Spencer was a great host and communicated quickly with us when needed; we had to change our departure date, and he was totally accomodating! If I need to stay in this area again, I would definititey stay here!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and well appointed for a multi day stay. The location is excellent for families with a nearby park. The backyard was a nice space to enjoy in the evenings. The property manager was excellent to communicate with and timely in their responses. We will certainly be back!

Secluded Paradise With an Amazing Vieww

The home surpassed our expectations. The hosts were super responsive, the view was amazing, the home was fully equipped, plenty of amenities (the best being fast wi-fi and a hot tub), and the location was perfect. Our family enjoyed our time and we look forward to coming again!

This house was a perfect retreat for us. We walked the beautiful neighborhoods, enjoyed nearby parks and trails, and had a relaxing stay. The house was in pristine shape and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Walking distance to UW football and Children’s hospital

We had a great stay for a long weekend following an appointment at Children’s. The house is a close walk to the hospital and an enjoyable longer one to the stadium. The host had a nice travel crib for us to use. My mom stayed with us for a night and it was wonderful that 2 bedrooms and a bath are on the top floor and the other bedroom and bath is in a different part of the house. It felt like we had our own space.
