This is the upper level of the two-story townhouse. With a cozy bedroom and a charming living room featuring 2 queen beds, this space is perfect for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the convenience of a small refrigerator/freezer, a top induction stove, a microwave, a small oven/toaster, an exhaust fan, sink for cooking meals during your visit. You also have access to the big backyard. If you stay more than 2 days, you can access to a shared laundry room in a building nearby. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all the used bed sheets, pillows cases and towels in one place in the room close to the entrance and away from the heater.
Put all the trash in the trash (gray) container. Put recycle items (plastic, glass, box, metal) in the recycle (blue) container. Both containers are outside of the property.
Close all the windows, turn off all the lights, fans, and TV(s). Lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Due to the neighborhood restrictions, only 1 car is allowed to park on the property or street. Do not park in front of the neighborhood property.
Pet is NOT allowed on any furniture. If excessive pet hairs are found on furniture, additional fee will be applied to the booking.
Pet must be on the leash at all the time when outside. Please scoop the poop!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is clean and quiet. Host provided excellent check in instructions and was quick to reply to any questions. Close to the light rail and a ton of restaurants.
