Private bath and came with a fridge . BUT IT. HAD An ANT INFESTATION PROBLEM. I wasn't offered a credit or a refund or any accommadation. I had to go buy ant killer myself. When I mentioned it they said just keep them aprised ... Wow no detail or descriptiov n of your unit online, listed or named the catch that there are kitchen ants that will swarm your living area, and that if you want it gone I'll need l to take care of it myself . Wish I had known that was an addon feature to the property .. since the owner ,when I mentioned it to him and communicated to him that there was an problem brush it off like oh yeah you knew and it was no big deal just deal with it and let me know how it progresses yeah that tells me that he knew about it and could care less that it affects this day that's probably why he didn't offer to accommodate or compensate for the disgusting inconvenience. I would like to have moved into another unit one that didn't have such a problem that would have been great or at least compensated for the days that I stayed there because realistically it was unhealthy it was gross I couldn't sleep , and not without fear of being instantly covered with them. . I mean, who really (ean really she wants to sleep like that ? I left my dogs food out,, to feed him , you know... and 5 mins later it was swarming with ants and therefore the floor was too. My cereal was left out and soon covered in. Ants . (In the bag )

3rd party check in app they use was a problem but otherwise the stay was great. Room was comfortable, clean and well located. I was on the busy street side but windows closed you hear nothing. Host was patient & communicated throughout. I would stay again.

A nice, cozy space. Some deferred maintenance is apparent, but nothing that interferes with use. Don't expect to check in like a hotel, pay attention to the emails and take care of it before you arrive. But with that third-party checkin out of the way, the host is responsive and communicates proactively. The only practical parking is on the street which can be an issue.

Communication was pretty poor, they changed the location I was supposed to stay at when I was arriving to the original place. Other tenants in the building were a bit loud. Unfortunately, wouldn’t recommend.

Amazing property!

The communication from our host was prompt and check in was easy and directions were understandable! The property was beautiful and clean and barely knew any other guests were there! It was a great stay!

Cute place, nothing fancy

I think it's an old house renovated into an apartment style hotel. You get your own passkey to open the front. Door and get into your room. There is no front desk. It's a cute place, but you can tell they renovated it for cheap

Good points and bad points

Sweet suites review Wonderful common area, clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the house rules prevented its use after 22:00. It was a $76 taxi ride to the property Communication with the owner was excellent Room was small and the A/C noisy. Nice large wardrobe whose door was off the the track but no safe. No chair in the room, just a small stool. Good small fridge with freezer section. Also in the room was a coffee maker and coffee, just as well as the one in the kitchen did not work - just flashed descale messsge. We noticed that when the room coffee maker was used the light in the room dropped in intensity. Clearly a voltage drop indicative of a wiring problem. The bed had a very soft mattress and was slanted due to the feet being on a carpet. The slanted was noticeable when lying in bed. There is no elevator, so getting the suitcases upstairs was a challenge, especially at my age. Thank goodness we were not on the top floor. Access to the property and room was via a key pad. It worked well. There was a hidden fee of $45 that appeared a few days before our booking. A disagreeable surprise. The promised internet was not there initially. There was a broken light bulb in the bathroom. We had quite a few small ants in our room, mainly around the rubbish bin. The sound on the TV in the common are is limited to 18 so any outside road noise obscures the soundtrack. We had asked for a later check out time (it was 10:00) but it did not work out

Very clean property with comfortable bed. I didn’t realize it didn’t have have any staff at the location and as a single woman I did get a little nervous of the area. Again, I’ve never been to Seattle so wasn’t sure about the area when I booked it. If I came with my husband I would stay again but not alone.
