An Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Seattle! I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Staypineapple, The Maxwell Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and full of great local recommendations. The vibe of the hotel is fun, quirky, and colorful—definitely not your average hotel, and in the best way possible. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Just a short walk to the Space Needle, Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP), Chihuly Garden and Glass, and the Seattle Center—you’re right in the middle of it all. We even walked to Pike Place Market and the waterfront one afternoon. Whether you’re into art, food, music, or just sightseeing, this is the perfect home base. The hotel itself is super clean and comfortable, with plush beds (the double duvets are genius), fast Wi-Fi, and little touches like pineapple-themed decor and complimentary drinks that make it feel special. We also loved the on-site bar and café, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or drink before heading out. If you’re visiting Seattle and want to stay somewhere that puts you close to all the action while offering charm, comfort, and personality, Staypineapple, The Maxwell Hotel is it. We’ll definitely be back!

This property was a nice surprise. The property was clean, bright, and comfortable. The accommodations were upscale but intimate. We arrived early for check in expecting to have to kill time until we could get in our room, but our room was ready and they let us go upstairs early. All the staff we met were friendly, courteous and helpful. This is a great place to stay in Seattle.

We have stayed at the Maxwell on Roy St. three times now and it has been great every time. The location is perfect.The Space Needle is very close by. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Pillows are not the greatest but ok. Each room has a fridge, microwave and coffee/ tea maker. They usually have some sort of snack in the afternoon and there is a breakfast area downstairs. Also lots of seating in the lobby which is nice for large groups.

This is the second time I stayed here. I love the kitchy vibe. Check in was a breeze. The water bottle in the room is a nice touch. The cafe / breakfast area could have better hours and better signage in the dining area. That wall video screen in the lobby is so creative.

My favorite part of the stay was how friendly the staff are. Every staff member embodied service with a smile. The location is great. We liked how close we were to the armory and the tram. The parking was expensive (as is all parking in Seattle), but we appreciated that it was available and it was secure and convenient. We took advantage of the hotel bar. We appreciated having such a good dining option immediately available to us, especially when dealing with our tired and rambunctious children. The pool was small but it was perfect our little ones to practice swimming. And, finally, it's just such a gorgeous hotel. The wallpaper, the furniture, it's all so pretty and fancy.

This hotel is a wonderful, luxurious but fun place to stay. There is an on sight restaurant in which each guest gets a complimentary drink, and a bar at which to relax. It is close to the Space Needle and arts district.
