The parking was easy and seemed safe. The hotel is very beautiful. We had a minor issue with a stand light not working in our room. Happy we could have our pet, for additional nightly fee. The room was large and clean. Would certainly stay again.

We arrived about an hour and 15 minutes after check-in time and our room was not ready. This was inconvenient as I was traveling with kids and we needed to put our stuff away before going to the concert. The desk staff was not very helpful in problem-solving this. When we returned from the concert, it was incredibly noisy upstairs. You could hear everything. People sounded like they were stomping their way through the ceiling. We had to call the front desk to ask for some assistance there. I will say, they were helpful in that matter and the noise did eventually subside, but it was probably around 12:30 AM before it got quiet.
