This hotel is well worn and poorly maintained. Staff was friendly enough and room was clean, but the entire place needs to be refreshed and fixed (elevators, window shades, paint, HVAC, etc).

We had a decent stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Seattle Downtown/South Lake Union. The location was very convenient for exploring the city, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent, though a waffle or pancake maker would have been a nice addition. One or two elevators were out of service during our visit, which led to longer waits, and complimentary parking would have been appreciated to help offset this inconvenience.

Not worth the prices at all, sink wasn’t draining properly in bathroom, elevators were all not working for my entire stay besides one. It would at time take 5-8 minutes for the elevator to come. Once it simply never came, not a very clean feeling hotel in general. Not great natural lighting, room felt like a cave or motel vibe.

Room was clean, quiet and the shower was really good. Location was really good for walking to downtown Seattle. Breakfast and service was excellent as well. Only bad thing was onsite parking fee of 42 dollars per night.
