The room was so dirty. I booked for the hotel because I wanted a kitchen and a bathtub. Kitchen area including a fridge inside and outside are dirty. Glasswares are dirty too. There were syrup all over complementary tea and coffee. Bathtub seemed like if never been cleaned. I couldn't use them because of the dirtiness. It was waste of money. I asked for cleaning 5 times but they didn't clean at all. Also, door lock was broken so I asked to fix it 5 times but never fixed.

There was a weird knocking sound all night long and weird noises every time to air kicked on. The room was not as clean as it should have been. There was still hair from previous guest in the shower and the bathroom had not been swept.

This property is a five star property. It is pristine in every way. what makes it super special is the staff that goes out of their way, above and beyond. I enjoyed my stay so much in Seattle that I have decided to come back every couple months to enjoy the hotel and the city.

Our stay was great, good hot breakfast, very clean, good size walk in shower. Our room had a dishwasher, fridge, and a 2 burner stove top. Housekeeping are very friendly and quick to attend to what we needed. The night clerk staff 2 ladies were not welcoming. That needs improvement. The morning clerks were friendly.

When we got to our room on Christmas Day it hadn’t been made up from the previous guest. So we walked into an unmade mess after a late travel day. Never experienced that in my whole life of traveling. The only room available was a king with hideabed instead of two queen + hideabed. My replacement room did not have a table either. Next day we tried to get our original room type and the staff said we already have an upgraded room and was unwilling to help. Breakfast was unmitigated chaos and we ended up walking uphill and eating at Eggslut our last day. Which was great! The first day no plates and no eggs and not enough staff. They never had fresh fruit. It was terrible in every way. The store in the lobby was ridiculously priced there is both a 7/11 nearby and an amazon go. Nanas Green Tea across street is nice option for lunch dinner or a snack. Fire alarm one day so the walk down from the 13th floor was fun :) I was there a week so expected better.
