I was unable to get any extra pillows from the front desk, I explained that I was recovering from a hip procedure but the guy at the desk laughed and said I had enough pillows. Also the yogurt at the complimentary breakfast was expired by 10 days.

A not so great smell down the hallway from the desk to my room was also present (not really sure what the deal was there).
