Wonderful location and extremely easy access. Nice snacks provided, making us feel very welcome. Great instructions and everything thing we needed to enjoy our weekend in Seattle. We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

I was in town for move in weekend at the UW. This was a great location. The unit was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and we didn’t have any trouble parking. I would definitely stay here again!

Quiet neighborhood

We were only here for the night but we were able to take a walk to green lake and walk around the whole thing before the sunset. This VRBO had everything we needed, coffee, towels, hairdryer, portable AC unit, mini fridge for leftover dinner we had, snacks, water, even charging cables. Highly recommend!

Cute and cozy!

The unit had all we needed and they had lots of supplies. It was conveniently located to the University. We noticed a slight odor from time to time. And the pillows could have been better, but overall, our stay was great!

Comfy Space

The only reason I gave an overall rating of 4 instead of 5 is that you can hear the owner's dog walking above you on the hardwood floors...and we could hear the tv and conversations from them above as well. But overall, completely worth it.

Cute with thoughtful touches

What a great space, with many thoughtful touches. We truly only needed a space close to the light rail where we could sleep and Nate's went well beyond our needs. I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the cozy and comfortable space. Nate was quick to respond to all of my inquiries and helped us in countless ways. If i find myself needing to return to Seattle this will be the first place I check for a vacancy!! Thank you Nate!!

Nestled hideaway in Seattle

Owner was very accommodating and kind. The property was very clean and cool (heater provided if needed). Just enough amenities for our short stay. Close access to Light Rail and bus systems. When portion of the Light Rail broke down during our stay, we found the bus line to be very useful! I would highly recommend, unless people have mobility issues. The property is located uphill. Plan to stay again if family member lives in the area. The reason for our stay, apartment hunting.
