The property was great. Very quiet and easy to get to. I would recommend parking on the street as that was much easier to get to than the back. The sidewalk in the back is also a little difficult to roll suitcases on but that definitely isn’t the owner of the property’s fault. Bed was comfortable. Upper room was warm but heat rises. When we turned the air on in all the levels, upper room cooled off nicely.

We had a great stay at this property. The location was incredibly convenient—close to both the city and the airport, which made getting around very easy. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities that made our stay enjoyable. Parking was also easy and hassle-free.One of the best surprises was how many great local restaurants and hidden gems were within walking distance. It made exploring the area really fun.At first glance the neighborhood might seem a little deceiving, but everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful, which made us feel comfortable during our stay.Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again.

Good option for condo in South Park

Very nice and large and light townhouse/condo in South Park area of Seattle. Place was very clean and perfectly organized with coffee, and all of the basics. Easy in/out with digital locks. Off street parking too. Would recommend!

Another Fantastic Stay!

This is our second time staying at this property, and it's still just as perfect as before, we love it here and it's very quickly starting to feel like our home away from home. A 7min drive from the airport, amenities are wonderful, South Park is such a great community and be love supporting the local cafes and restaurants which are only a few minutes walk from this delightful property. The property owner is spot on with attention to detail, she was sweet enough to remember that I was retuning to Seattle for a surgery checkup and only too happy to help accommodate. Thank you so much Sonia - you are an absolute gem!

Absolutely Stunning Property - Flawless!

My husband and I had a wonderful week at this property, it was a flawless stay from start to finish. The property is in pristine condition, it has ample parking which is a rarity in Seattle and the owner is thoughtful enough to provide the necessary cleaning supplies such as dish washer and clothes washing pods, bathroom tissue, snacks etc. The location is in perfect proximity to the city and surrounds. We loved being able to walk down to the local cafe and restaurants everyday. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. We absolutely loved the plants, I immediately felt right at home as soon as I walked in the front door. This is our go to property for when we next visit Seattle. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!
