Although the front entrance is shared, guests enter the Unit through a keyed private door. There is an additional bookable vacation rental on-site in the completely separate space upstairs. Guests do not need to share any interior amenities. The front sundeck is shared and other travelers may be present during your stay. The house has a typical split-entry residential layout, and the walls are not soundproofed, so normal everyday sounds (voices, footsteps, or doors closing) may be heard from time to time. Noises from the surrounding rooms or the Upstairs Unit tend to be audible as well.

From the time a reservation is made until the day of arrival, communication will primarily take place via messaging, texting, or email. While phone calls may occasionally be returned, we recommend leaving clear voice messages, as all voicemails are carefully noted.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- No daily, hotel-style room service is provided. The Suite will only be cleaned after checking out. Optional room service may be arranged upon request for an extra fee. If excessive or deep cleaning is required at some point during or post stay, additional charges will apply.

- Each reserved parking spot is spaced to fit a Sedan or Compact. SUV should be fine but probably a bit tight. Please keep this in mind when parking or reserving car rentals. Only Two (2) on-site parking spots can be reserved for each booking. And One (1) free street parking spot is unreserved but typically available. Additional cars under the same booking need to find street parking and adhere to the local parking restrictions.
- Wifi speed: At least 500 Mbps. However, actual speeds can vary depending on the time of day, number of connected devices, and signal strength in different parts of the house.
- Per request and if available, we can accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs.
- Noise-free rooms are not guaranteed.
- Guests must climb stairs: Five (5) steps from the ground to the front door. Ten (10) steps from the front door down to the Unit.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Clean up kitchen. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Turn off kitchen hood fan.
Put the keys back to the Masterlock and Lion lock boxes (if used).
Unplug personal devices. Close (Do NOT Lock) all the doors on the way out!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
